Apiary

Long after humanity has vanished from the world, a new civilization has taken flight: the bees. In Apiary, a worker-placement and resource-management game for 1-5 players from Stonemaier Games, you lead a faction of spacefaring bees venturing out from your hive to explore the galaxy.

Over a series of turns, you'll place your worker bees to develop your farm, gather and convert resources, explore and settle distant planets, research powerful technologies, and carve stone to grow your civilization. Each worker grows stronger every time you use it—but once it reaches its limit, it must return to the hive to hibernate, creating constant, satisfying decisions about when to push forward and when to rest.

The player who best balances growth, exploration, and an ever-changing workforce over the course of the game earns the most points and wins.
